Student Housing

Reservations for student housing are no longer being accepted.

If you already have a reservation, please check in at Donner building on the first floor.  The desk is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Students will be asked to fill out a resident information card (a requirement of campus police) and will receive room keys and directions to either the West Wing or Henderson House dorm building.

If there is a problem and payment was not received prior to arrival, there will be a note for the desk attendant to take the payment from the student at the time of check in.

Hotel Distance from Carnegie Mellon University

The Courtyard by Marriott is located approximately 1.07 miles from the University Center on Carnegie Mellon University campus. 

The Holiday Inn Select – University Center property is located approximately 0.70 miles from the University Center on Carnegie Mellon University.

This is an uphill walk from both hotel properties to the University Center, where the ICOTOM conference will be taking place.  A rental car is advisable for attendees staying at either location. Parking is available on Carnegie Mellon University in the East Campus Garage for $12.00 per weekday. Bringing A Companion to the ICOTOM Meeting?
