![]() “I attend the ACerS Annual Meeting because I believe it is still the best meeting in the world that encompasses all aspects of ceramics. It continues to have the highest visibility from industrial, federal, and academic perspectives. The combined MS&T meeting extends our networking and scholarly exchange with a larger audience in materials. As many of us in the Basic Science Division work more and more on materials systems, it is important to broaden our horizons in materials other than just ceramics. The most successful of us are able to apply ideas that our colleagues in other disciplines and sub-disciplines have to ceramics science.”
