Government Room Rates
A limited number of rooms are available at the prevailing government rate for official U.S. federal and state government employees. The rates do not extend to vendors of the U.S. government. Rooms at government rates may only be reserved by downloading and completing the housing form and faxing it with a copy of an official government I.D. to VisitPittsburgh Housing at 412-644-5512. An official government I.D. will also be required at check-in; the I.D. cannot consist of a letter. Anyone who cannot provide a valid government I.D. will be charged the higher standard hotel rate. MS&T cannot guarantee the availability of rooms at the government rate.

Transportation Between the Airport and Hotels
The Hotels are approximately 18 miles from the Pittsburgh International Airport.
Shuttle Service
Express Shuttle provides schedule service between the Pittsburgh International Airport and the Downtown Hotels. The shuttle cost is $20 one-way per person or $35 round trip per person. Departures leave the Airport every half hour Sunday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. and Saturday: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. Please note that reservations are not required for service from the airport and tickets can be purchased at the Express Shuttle service desk. The average cab fare from the Pittsburgh airport to the Downtown Hotels is $35-$45.
